Anna Hazare's indefinite fast against corruption

The points of discussion in this article, "Role", "no organized mass" and "democracy." Let's talk about each of the words and their meanings.

"Role" refers to the function. But it is a very narrow definition. When we say that the function that we will also be the dysfunctional aspects. The next word is "mass unorganized. What's the point? The easiest way would these people not to take part of an organization. Here we define the organization of an association, a political party, pressure group, a nongovernmental organization, Interest Group, a nonprofit organization or can be anything.

So many people are not organized are those who actually live a life of volunteering, they are normal people, voters or any other person whose associative interactions are close to zero. The other key word is democratic politics. Democracy is that form of government in which there is an institutional mechanism to change the ruling elite and a mechanism for social change. Then there is the problem that these changes are made? - We are the people. (Here the people understand both the organization and non-union).

With this large part of the definition are trying to find a common link between all three. We (the mass of unorganized) have some features in the political game in India. So easy to find a common bond! But the difficulty is to decide what role we play. Let's list the common sense of what we can do in our political system.

1. Vote: - Voting is an important concept in a democracy and most of us probably take our voice. Thus, by the franchise system, we can choose our leaders and we in this way influence the policy of this country.

2. political socialization: - We can teach our children at home on the political developments in the country. Thus the knowledge of our children should not be limited to civics books.

3. compare generalization: - We should have a general appearance, how this country is, what his foreign policy, these are the ideals of democracy, what the economic structure, etc.

The above are the perceptions of common sense that people like us, have no time for clubs can do for the country. But enough is enough? I understand that we are simple people, when we say we are not unionized, but I think there are many creative ways in which we can help our country. Let me list a few: -

1. Creative Writing: - we can raise awareness about our creative writing. History books are full of examples of great writers such as Karl Marx, Trotsky, Gramsci, Weber, and that changed the political system of the whole nation and even worldwide. Today mass media is so dynamic, but the sad thing is that journalists are less educated and concerned about the events from day to day, that most of today's news has become a pot pourri of spices. (We have to see to know that India TV, what I mean). Thus, the responsibility on us to take over this activity. Socialization through writing is the best method of socialization and long-lasting and even more when it comes to political socialization. All I ask is that each has become a guru Tharoor Shasi Chan or Dash, but if we think our political interests, then, if anyone, we are a political consciousness about the events. This is not limited to written, every act of creation as poetry, painting or reading about political events, a high degree of political awareness in the country.

2. Eligibility: - It is questionable concept, since political participation is an organized activity. But I speak not of direct political participation. We can raise awareness of the masses. We do not need to form organizations to do. Great people like Anna Hazar Baba Amte and fight their battles alone. Are they not do anything spectacular for the country? Of course, they are blessed souls, and not all people as we can, as they have become, but at least we can do our part.

3. Interest List: - Are we interested in how the country is governed? Do we know that provisions such as PIL, RTI, of which we can provide information that we always accuse the government secret wish? We have always complaining about the fact that the government is corrupt, but we are laying more available? No, because we do not know. If people are educated, as we speak this way about this, what behavior of the uneducated rural population. There is something to the effect throughout the society. The next lower level, upper level of society. If we so ignorant that others learn from us. If educated people like us not to vote, how can we expect from a man mountain village shop, in conscience vote, unattractive? We have to change.

The democratic system in India needs more than the unorganized mass of lobbyists, interest groups or political parties. It is high time for us to do self introspection and decide what we do for our country.
